My primary 1:1 offering will be The Sonic Apothecary, which will include four 45-minute sessions, a 15-minute musical piece recorded specially for you, and a PDF packet with practices and techniques informed by a combination of both Somatic Experiencing and hypnosis.

Additional sessions can be booked after registering for The Sonic Apothecary, which will help to illustrate the way in which I blend the modalities that I work with.

I will also be available for pure SE, or pure hypnosis sessions, by request.
